Overview
- All participants wishing to participate in AOFOG 2024 must complete online registration and payment of the registration fee.
- Online registration is only possible through the AOFOG 2024 website.
- Registration by e-mail or fax is not possible.
- All registrations are made by individuals in principle, and a separate online registration URL or group registration form for group registration is not provided.
- Those who have paid the registration fee can check and print the receipt on the 'MyPage' after logging in to the system.

: Must be working in an AOFOG LRC (Bangladesh, Cambodia, Egypt, India, Indonesia, Laos, Mongolia, Myanmar, Nepal, Pakistan, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Vietnam). Cut-off date for Standard registration period.
- ** Trainee/Nurse/Allied Healthcare
- : Verification letters required from institution should be submitted in the online registration process.
- *** Accompanying Person
- : Persons registered as 'Accompanying Person' are cannot enter the session room, cannot attend the symposium/oral sessions and can only attend the welcome reception, lunch, and coffee break at the Exhibition Hall.
Group Registration Discount

Conditions
Any national societies meet the conditions below can receive the discounted registration fees.
- 10% concession for 25 physicians
- 15% concession for 50 or more physicians
- The above discount is only applied to Physician International & Physician LRC category who have completed registration during the early-registration period.

National Society representative
It is recommended that the national society designate a person in charge of group registration-related work with the AOFOG 2024 Secretariat and work with our
registration manager at reg@aofog2024.org.

Group registration discount deadline
Discounted fees are only applied only during early-bird registration by Feb. 29.

Procedures
- Group registration discount must be done according to this process because the registration fee discount is applied after checking the list.

National society’s representative contacts the registration manager at reg@aofog2024.org and
inform the intention to “Group Discount”. The registration manager will guide you through the
information you need to submit.

All those eligible for the group registration discounts must complete sign-up & online registration
(DO NOT PAY) individually,
and society representatives must submit a list of eligible participants,
including attendees Email, First Name & Last Name to the registration manager,
by February 15,
two weeks before the pre-registration deadline.

Once the list submission is complete, the registration manager will apply the discounted registration
fee to the system for each ID listed on the list.

When the registration fee discount is applied, the registration manager will notify the society
representative that the system has been reflected. Then, the society representative must inform
those eligible for group registration discounts so that they can pay the discounted registration fee
within the early-registration deadline.

If the society pays the registration fee in lump sum, the society can pay through bank transfer (card
payment not possible). In this case, please consult with the registration manager in advance.
Payment Method
- The registration fee must be paid in one of the following ways and you can choose one of the options during the online registration process.
- Payment must be completed within two weeks of completing your online registration.
- If it is difficult to transfer money within 2 weeks of registering online, please contact the secretariat in advance.
- Registration fee must be remitted within 2 weeks of completing online registration.
- Option 1. Credit card

- The following credit cards will be accepted: VISA, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX, and Union Pay.
- All credit card fees are borne by the registrant.
- The merchant’s name on the credit card statement is 'Eximbay'.
- Option 2. Wire transfer

- All bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the registrant.
- For bank transfer, the name of the sender and the registrant must be the same.
- If the name of the registrant and the sender are different, please write the name and registration number of the registrant on the copy of the remittance certificate and send it to the secretariat.

Cancellation Policy
- Registration fee refunds are processed in accordance with the regulations below, and attendees who are denied a visa are not eligible for a registration fee refund.
- Requests for deregistration to be valid must be submitted via email (reg@aofog2024.org) secretariat.
- All refunds will be made after the conference for administrative reasons.
- All bank and administration fees will be deducted from the refund amount before transfer.

- Invoices and receipts are automatically created when you complete online registration.
- After logging in, you can download and print from “MyPage”.
Certificate
Certificate of attendance can be issued on “MyPage” from two weeks after the AOFOG 2024.
