Overview

• Those who have completed online registration must confirm the registration by presenting “Registration Confirmation Sheet” at the on-site registration desk.
• A “Registration Confirmation Sheet” will be sent the mail of registered attendees in early May.
• Your name and country are printed on your name badge.
• If you wish to register on-site, please fill out the ‘On-Site Registration Form’ or submit your business card to the registration desk and pay the on-site registration fee by credit card or cash.
• If you wish to pay the fee in USD, you must prepare exact amount-based on the on-site registration fee.
• All attendees are requested to wear the name badge throughout the AOFOG 2024 period.
• If you lose your name badge, you can get it reissued at the registration desk.
• However, when reissuing the name badges, additional kit bag will not be provided, and banquet coupons (purchasers only) will not be reissued.

Registration Process

• Present your "Registration Confirmation Sheet" at the registration Desk.
• Scan the QR-code on the “Registration Confirmation Sheet” to check registration status.
• Receive your name badge and kit bag (including final program book).

* Kit bag will be provided to registered attendees and accompanying persons

Registration Fee & Payment Method

• On-site registration fee information:

* Physician LRC

: Must be working in an AOFOG LRC (Bangladesh, Cambodia, Egypt, India, Indonesia, Laos, Mongolia, Myanmar, Nepal, Pakistan, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Vietnam). Cut-off date for Standard registration period.

** Trainee/Nurse/Allied Healthcare

: Verification letters required from institution should be submitted by email (reg@aofog2024.org).

*** Accompanying Person

: Persons registered as 'Accompanying Person' are cannot enter the session room, cannot attend the symposium/oral sessions and can only attend the welcome reception, lunch, and coffee break at the Exhibition Hall.

Receipt & Certificate

• Receipt
  • Pre-registrants can print and download the receipt through the My Page > Registration tab.
  • Those who register on-site will be issued a receipt for on-site payment, and the official receipt can be downloaded and printed from My Page > Registration tab after the AOFOG 2024 ends.


• Certificate of Attendance
  • You can download and print your certificate of attendance from My Page within 2 weeks after the end of the AOFOG 2024.

K-ETA

• K-ETA eligible nationals, who wish to enter visa-free the Republic of Korea, must obtain K-ETA approval before boarding the flight or ship
• Please keep in mind that the assessment can take more than 72 hours depending on the situation.
• Therefore, please apply for K-ETA with sufficient time.
