About E-Poster

• Abstracts assigned to E-Poster must be submitted their presentation files before AOFOG 2024 by April 12 (Fri), 2024.
• Pre-submitted E-Posters will be registered in the E-Poster system and can be viewed at the E-Poster Station in the Exhibition Hall form May 18 (Sat) to 20 (Sun).
• Please note that there is no separate session time for the E-Poster and there is no oral presentation.

E-Poster Formatting

• All E-Posters will be accessible from a PC with Window 11 and PowerPoint 2013 (or higher version).
• For optimal delivery of the E-Poster, please prepare the file in the format below.

  • MS PowerPoint (.pptx) format (up to 10 slides).
  • Set horizontal slide format.
  • 16:9 ratio.
  • File size of 200 MB or less is recommended.
  • Use standard Font provided by MS.

Upload your E-poster

• E-poster upload deadline is April 12 (Fri), 2024.
• E-Poster must be submitted in advance by the deadline, and files cannot be replaced or submitted at the event site.
• Please follow the instructions below to ensure submission.

  • Check your file and rename and save the file as "Abstract No._Presenter's Full Name".
    (eg. A-0001_Sunny Kim)
  • If your file combines video clips with a PPT file, upload it to ONE FOLDER that includes a PPT file and combing video clips.
  • Access to link in the "Abstract Review Results" email you received.
  • Choose preferred language in the lower left of the screen and upload your file or folder.
  • If you are modifying a previously uploaded file, upload the modified file by adding "rev1" to the end of the file name (eg. Abstract No._Presenter's Full Name_rev1).
  • Do not delete the old one. Only the latest version of the uploaded file will be registered in the AOFOG 2024 E-Poster system.
  • Modified files can be uploaded until before the deadline.

E-Poster station

Pre-submitted e-posters will be available at the E-Poster station during the AOFOG 2024 congress.
